Screen Replaced now its falling off !!!!

On the 09/06/2017 I replaced the lcd of my phone with the Samsung repair centre its barely 3 months later and the screen is falling off the phone gone completely dark and unusable .

I have tried to contact the repair centre directly - they have a voice recording stating there operating hours are from 9-5 and I called at 9.30 and they do not answer.

This is absolutely terrible service .
