screen repair ?

i sent my samsung s4 in for repairing the front glass that cracked i sent the phone in 3 months ago when i only had it for 9 months so it was still under warranty now after 3 months they tell me it is out of warranty i have to pay they had my phone for 3 months the warranty expired while the phone was in their possession for repairs <br> you are supposed to get 2 free screen repairs while the phone is under warranty and they want me to pay now
