Screen lifting and cracked a month after replacement

I have a A310F which was repaired about a month ago. The screen cannot be 'read' and is lifting, with a crack about a month later. I took it all the way to the Roodepoort centre this morning where they asked me where I had had my screen replaced as it was lifting (I had not noticed). I told them that it was right there at their centre. In order to get this fixed, I have to pay just under R1900.00! I told them that due to the bad service that I had there the month before (when the screen was replaced), someone had called and told me that I had an extra year's guarrantee on the phone. They gave me the head office number for me to go and find out about the guarrantee ( they could not enquire from the offices). I have called them but get the routine "J series has this and A series has that" but nothing about my phone. How do I get this information ? Why is there no database for the admin at Samsung to capture your phone number and find out the information? And why do I have to pay for it if it is lifting and appears to not have been the greatest repair job that was done? Why is there no way of getting this information except for coming here - because you cannot log onto the Samsung site except from a samsung phone and mine is not working.
