Scratch on screen

I bought a Samsung s8 plus from telkom. I was told that i would get one free screen replacement. There is a scratch on my front screen. As this is a new phone i wanted to get it repaired. Im struggling to get an answer from either Telkom or Samsung if i do in fact get a free screen replacement. If not what is the cost to get this replaced.

If anyone can please get back to me as i would like to get it fixed.
