Scoop Speaker no delivery
Good day, My fiance Willem Blignaut redeemed his scoop speaker on the samsung app on the 04 December 2018. To date he has not received his speaker. Please can this be rectified. The product code is EO-SG510C the reference is ********** 030381 and the delivery address is in Edenvale. I ordered my speaker much later and i have received mine.
also i have been sending various emails to Samsung with no response
Please cna this be rectified!!!!!
