I purchased Samsung fridge during December, when I purchased his fridge it had a sticker on that I will receive a R 7000-00 gift voucher. I have tried to redeem this voucher since December without success. This is just a **** by Samsung. They have had numerous excuses and continue to harass me with phone calls and that I must explain to every single person and every single person I explain to says that they will phone back yet do not.
