I just want to compliment the two guys that went out of their way to assist me in fixing my phone. I told them I stayed far away from Roodepoort and they assisted me the same day, actually about 2hrs to have my screen replaced. They went the extra mile with a smile and service and agents like them deserve recognition. I was a team lead at EOH and to see customer assistance and resolution so efficiently is quite impressive. Please give me feedback on this matter. Thx
