I am standing in awe of the after sale service I received from samsung. EVERYONE!!! Buy SAMSUNG Products!!!! The after sale of your team has really blown me away.
I have no money to afford another TV . My TV decided to show lines no pictures or sound. SAMSUNG asked me to upload a video, proof of purchase and walaaaaaa! They replaced my TV after the review of the video.
Samsung not only replaced my TV, they also UPSCALED it to a better version. I had a DU7010 model and SAMSUNG replaced it with a U800F model 100% without any hassles. THANK YOU SAMSUNG our christmas will not be dull for the kids. I must say SANTA by SAMSUNG arrived just in time.
