Sansung Earbuds never Delivered.
More than a month later, after the promise of a follow-up still no reply, posting again: I claimed the galaxy buds after my upgrade to the S20 ultra in March got the CITD**********9 number, after a month of submitting all paperwork again, was told it was outside promotion time, when it was not? I have a CIT number everything, but no buds? So disappointed... will definitely not renew my phone and data contract if this is the service!!
