SANDTON CITY SAMSUNG STORE RIPS PEOPLE OFF!

Went into the Samsung Store in Sandton on Monday to get a new cover and screen protector for my phone. The guy sold me a R600 screen protector and after removing my old one and replacing it with the ******* he sold me he told me there is no warranty and they won't replace it if it cracks. Well...24 hours later it was cracked. Tried all day yesterday to call and no phones get answered so went back today. One staff member said they will absolutely replace it - unacceptable that it happened like this in under a day (and no - I did not drop it), the guy who originally helped me said no way is he replacing it - I damaged it. He then proceeded to remove it from my phone and then said well they dont have stock of it anyway so he has nothing to replace it with. No I have no screen cover and am R600 out of pocket. Was told I can leave my number and if and when they get stock he will call me. Absolutely appalling!
