Samung says oops im not a winner but sent me a congratulation email im a winner

This is utter nonsense how can you say i am a winner and then say you have sent an email in error and you have made me a fool by entering my details and expecting a call from you guys for delivery now i look like an ass front of family and colleagues as i have told them i have won a prize from samsung i rather change all my flagship devices to iphone as they would of never made an error like this i look like a fool that is not on
