Samsungs technicians damaged my phone

This is my second report, I sent my phone for a new screen because mine cracked, when it came back the lock button was damaged and the screen kept flickering. I phoned immediately to report the problem and told them I will bring the phone when i come that side again because I live far. I got it there, now they refuse to fix it because they claim its impact damage, the workmanship is pathetic. I just want my phone back please. Its over a month already and no response from my last report.
