Samsung's Service
Absolutely not impressed with the service repair team who told me that they don't keep spare parts for longer than 5yrs. I bought a 43" plasma 12yrs ago. It finally gave in and I took it for repairs to Clearwater Mall and Morningside outlets. I was told to PURCHASE a new LED telly and Samsung wud give me a discount for the new telly. Absolutely appalled at the service! All my home appliances are Samsung including mobile phones. Now my fear is for the rest of my appliances!! Disgusted!!!
