Samsung’s online store is a SHAMBLES stay away!!!!!!

I requested an exchange on an out of the box damaged dishwasher on the 5th Dec 2020, it was acknowledged on the 7th Dec. The replacement was only delivered on 25th Jan 2021.....if that was not bad enough.... the replacement was also damaged!!!!! Samsung has ZERO pride in service and now none at all in their product. STAY AWAY FROM THE SAMSUNG ONLINE STORE!!!!
