Samsung's injustice

Does it make sense to you guys that samsung is retrenching its employees only to make then reapply those positions again, that means if after 5years of working and getting raises, you'd start back down at R3000 again losing your benefits? This brand is made big off the backs of seriously underpaid employees. And now they are firing the very same people who have been pushing their success
