Samsungs greed Leeds to poor customer service

Recently my Samsung Galaxy s4 GT i9505 was softbricked by me. I did all the research online on how to fix this problem. Being in IT myself, I understood the process explained. I have to get the firmware and upload it using a program called Odin. I approached Samsung via email 3 times and this is the second email they sent me. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE LIES THEY SPEW!
Dear.....

Thank-you for contacting Samsung Electronics.
Your reference number for your enquiry is:.....

Kindly note that the Only Avenues to update the firmware of the device is through Samsung KiesSmart switch or via OTA on the device in Settings. There is no link or Download file available besides the Two available Avenues. If either of these fail you are welcome to contact Our Samsung Stores or Smart Care Centers for the device to be updated for you. The link Below will provide you with details of the Nearest Samsung Store or Smart Care Centre for assistance.

How can they openly lie like that. Tell me how? It is because of the love of money. Bealsibab worshippers. Or more commonly known as the Golden *** worshipping.

Shame on you Samsung. I Why must I pay you to do it if I can upload the OPEN-SOURCE software?

Hello Steph**** 1979,

Kindly note that you will need to take your device to the service centre and have them reload the software. The unofficial upgrade of a software such as odin tends to have negative impact on the device.

Please advise when are you able to take your unit to the service centre in order for us to follow up.

Kind regards
Samsung SA
