Samsungs false advertising

My house is covered in samsung products. 2 x UHD tvs, washing machine. Soundboard, microwave and laptop. I've had all the Samsung phones plus 2 x S9's. I also have the tablet. Last year I bought the Samsung s21 ultra I also bought a R900 cover to protect it just in case. It had this amazing gorilla glass so I dint think I need one. This glass was stronger than any of the other smasung phones and I've never had a scratch on them. So when they offered insurance I of course no. I mean this is top of the range. My cat knocked it off the side table. A height of 45 cm. It had a Crack from one side of the screen to the other. I was ****ed off because I hate cracks and scratches on my phones. A week later the cat did the same thing. A Crack now at the bottom of the machine running all the way across. You're selling a product which says it can be dropped from 3m height and can't handle 45 cm's? When I spoke to a sales lady she said "oh that just happens they can't land on their sides" . *** are you advertising a product and lying about it?
