SAMSUNG'S "BUY & GET" PROMOTION IS A ****

I recently bought a Samsung dishwasher, and selected it over other good makes because of the special promotion being run by "Buy and Get" on their behalf. I was supposed to be receiving a R4000 reward in the form of vouchers for either a 2-day stay at a participating hotel, or for air tickets or Spa treatments - customer's choice which one. I did everything I was told to do to register my claim, but have had endless uphill ever since, making repeated phone calls and sending numerous e-mails. Eventually, I managed to extract the code out of the "Buy and Get" representatives which enabled me to fill in the on-line form and attach the required photos (again !!! - I'd already attached them to e-mails in order to get this code). Be But, guess what: now the photos (of proof of purchase, and of the label inside the machine giving the model number) are not clear enough for them to decipher. They didn't complain about the exact same images when they were attached to the e-mail !!!!! I cannot get the images any clearer - and I can read them quite easily - so I am now giving up and accepting that it was never the intention of the company to honour the promise of this reward. I shall NEVER again buy a Samsung product; nor will I ever buy any product promoted via a "Buy and Get" .promotion. Be warned: don't let any such promotion encourage you to buy a particular product.
