Samsung's after sales service stinks!

On 19 January 2018, an outsourced Samsung service company, Inyathi Appliances, did repairs to my Samsung dishwasher at a cost of R3,250 including the callout fee. The dishwasher, however, did not close so the technician - Chris - returned, only to find he had put the *****s in the wrong place. After about a week of of use, the '4-in 1' programme stopped working. I called Chris but he never showed up to check what the problem was. I then went through Samsung's customer service department, who contacted Inyathi and Chris finally came back on Thu 22 Feb. He said he did not know how to fix the problem but said he would investigate and call me. By the following Tuesday, 28 Feb, and no word from Chris, I called and he said he would call me by close of business after he checked his email. Needless to say he didn't. On Friday 2 March I called again and received no joy from Chris or Prince at Inyathi Appliances. (Marvin, who was off that day, is no better.) So I went back to Samsung again. Someone called William took the details and assured me he would call back as soon as he could get hold of Inyathi Appliances. Needless to say that hasn't happened either. Had I known about this run-around, I would have ditched Samsung and invested in another brand. My years of being Samsung brand loyal are over.
