Samsung ZA Online store purchase - non delivery and no support for loyal customrs
My purchase of the galaxy ring through Samsung ZA Online Store has been terrible - ordered in April and to date no delivery and no assistance despite continuous calls and emails for help. Truly disappointing especially after purchasing a high end device in January and being given promo discounts only to basically ***** my money - how is this aligned to CPA??? Been purchasing electronics and devices from them almost every year so a loyal customer but this has truly left me with a sour taste!
