Samsung Z Flip phones - inferior products

DO BETTER SAMSUNG! Honour your warranties! I have had both the Z Flip 3 and Z Flip 5. Both phones have given me issues. On the Flip 3 the microphone stopped working, and on the Flip 5 the screen froze. SSS Cellular is the repair centre. This store however have on both occasions voided my warranty due to "damage". I highly dispute this. I am and have always been very careful with my devices - this seems to be the norm, and then they send you ridiculous quotes to repair a phone that should not have had issues in the first place. I have had very many phones in my lifetime, and the only 2 I have ever had to take in for repairs are the Z Flip phones. Your product is inferior, and a billion dollar company should try to make their product better, or at least honour their warranties instead of trying to bleed more money out of customers. Also - can you not spend more of our money on making your battery life longer. The Z Flip 3 lasted until midday and the Z Flip 5 lasts a little longer. I have to walk around with a power bank the whole day. Do you know who honours their warranties: @ Bosch - they collect their product, fix the problem and return . No nonsense! Do you know who has the longest lasting batteries - @ Huawei - my watch lasts me a whole week - the samsung watch needs to be charged every night.
