Samsung Z Flip hinge nightmare

I bought brand new Z flip 5 cash. Used for almost 8 months, then the flip hinge started having problem of not opening fully. I took the phone to Samsung customer services in rivonia the fixed in on warranty. 3 months later the same problem occurred even worse some small piece of metal pieced the screen from inside when I tried to open the phone.

I took it back they pointed at a small dent on the phone that was there when I brought the phone for the first time & said because of it the phone is no longer covered by warranty. The same warranty that covered it few months back with the same dent. They told me I have to pay now R12 000.00 for the fix. I bought the phone R26000.00 cash & now I must pay 12k for screen that was damaged by a hinge installed by them. I have been sitting with the phone now with no help and the warranty period will run out now. Im very disappointed after spending so much money on the product im now being charged more R12000.00 for damaged caused by hinge they installed.
