Samsung Z flip and supercharge advertising *****!

My husband brought a Samsung z flip online for my birthday, after 10days of using it, the screen cracked by the flip line, Samsung service centre said they can only repair it but won't be able to exchange it, they told us that they been experiencing a lot of with the z flips, they call it the bubble effect, what makes me sick is I must sign a letter for me to bear the casualties if they break anything while they disassemble, when we spend so much buying a new phone, yet samsung knows they have problem with the z flip and they are still selling them. This is the last time we buying any Samsung product, They also do false advertising, the phone was brought on supercharge sale, and we never received the free watch that was suppose to come with it. Pretty disgusted with what they do, trying to cheat anyone to buy what they know already have a problem. Worth piece of ****.
