Samsung z flip 3, screen cracks down the middle after few months and no one wants to help

I got a samsung z flip 3 in Oct 2021. The screen protector came loose after 2 months. I got another screen protector. On the fold I saw there is what looks like a tear. So I pulled of the protector and saw that it was on the screen. I took out the samsung care plus when I got tho phone Oct 2021. Hence I went to Samsung Menlyn to assist. They said its the protector and only Samsung at mall of africa can help. So I went there just so samsung mall of africa can tell me it is indeed the screen but they dont do warranty repairs and I must go back to samsung menlyn. So now I am being sent between the samsung shops. And my flip screen is cracking on the flip from wear and tear. I will not advise anyone to get a flip phone. They dont even last a year. And even with samsung care non of the samsung shops could help me to fix my screen.
