Samsung your partnership with Wefix is damaging your brand and sales

Apparently you have chose to partner with only one repair centre for your warranty repairs. I took my phone to Wefix Canal Walk on Fri 14 June for repair under warranty. 4 days later I had not heard a word from them. I later discovered that a) they decided you didn't have my POP (which I supp**** to YOU in November when the motherboard was also replaced and you had my phone for ELEVEN days) b) that they therefore decided to create a quote for me and c) that they sent it to a lady in the Netherlands since YOU captured my email address incorrectly in November d) she responded twice this week and also in December that you/they had the wrong address, but you/they didn't try to phone me instead to get the correct details. I finally get hold of a manager on Tuesday who assures me that he will look into this matter, find out when he can get the part and would get back to me ASAP. By Thursday I had still had no feedback from him on the ETA. They answer my mails with "we are awaiting parts" - useless info - I need to know WHEN they are expecting the parts. I finally went to their shop again yesterday and ask for ETA, but the answer is still that they have no idea when they will get the part. I ask to get my phone back since they clearly don't know when they can fix it since you apparently have no idea whether the part is coming from Korea of JHB or goodness knows where else. How is this possible?! Do their and your computers not work like other computers in this century? Since you have partnered with this repair shop and I have had to wait for my phone for more than a week TWICE in 6 months, be assured that this Samsung Galaxy will be the last I purchase from you after being a loyal customer for 10 years and bought 6 Samsung phones.
