Samsung you are shockingly hopeless.

We thought we were wise buying a Samsung Smart tv. After 9 months it stopped working. That's where the fun starts. Horrific backup service from both the retail outlet Ramas in East London, their repair agents Reliable repair centre, and last but not least Samsung. We have been waiting two weeks for parts to arrive, surely a replacement television should have been given. One full morning tracking up with no answers and a record of 7 woman spoken to at the one business. Please think twice about buying a Samsung as well as the backup service you will receive.
