SAMSUNG WORST PHONES EVER
I have bought 2 Samsung devices ,1 A31 and 1 S20FE, so the A31 I havent been able to charge once since I have opened the box and get a reply regarding a new unit, second complaint is on the S20 FE, when the device was sold to me , no one told me that it didnt come with earphones, I have ordered 4 type C earphones and none are compatible with the device and I cant find original Samsung type C in South Africa, why sell a phone with out this accessories if you not making it available to purchase ..I have a very unhappy child who cant use earphones on his phone.
