Samsung worst customer service ever!!! They laugh at people who spend their hard earned money on their expensive products.

Never in my life have I been treated like, samsung is the worst, all they care about is money but they cannot fix your issue. My washing machine has the ugliest spots on and they claim I did it and I know I did not. Now to get my issue solved we have been at it since MAY 2023. Aashiq the guy at the repair centre even laughed in my face when I inquired about my washing machine. The manager at Samsung told me they cannot assist me unless I pay and I refuse because the technician came to my house twice with the incorrect colour panel, then suddenly my panel was stuck somewhere in Korea for about 6 months and nobody did any check up just brushed me off by saying oh it's still in Korea. I'm so tired of this struggle.
