Samsung worst customer service ever
Upgraded to Note 20 with promotional offer on 32 inch tv and ear buds, was redeemed and all docs send and was approved. Now 5 months and more than 20 phone calls and emails, nothing, no tv and no earbuds. Service is poor, everything will be escalated, nothing happens, phone calls hung up after 15 min on call. Fed up with samsung
