Samsung will always cost you!!!

I bought a samsung galaxy s7 edge in 2016. 2 years later the battery just started running down. I complained but all i ws told was to take it in for an assessment and repair which i did in 2018 to Samsung. Battery repaired and now 2 years later same problem. Is this going to happen with each samsung i buy? My phone looks brand new ,not a single scratch on it yet its so useless. Im very dissapointed in your quality. I get why people are switching to Huawei. I think i will too. Your phones are high maintenance ****

It has caused a major inconvenience because my phone keeps letting me down. I have complained about this before and i am convinced I was given a defect at the time because a friend bought hers the same time and hers is still going strong. I really hope this is sorted as i cant afford a new phone everytime and I need a reliable phone. Awaiting to hear from you guys. Thanks for the prompt response.

What was even your point in getting someone to contact me only to get told to do the same thing and fix the battery again and then see how long it lasts? This brand has let me down today.

In response to the above, no problem was solved. Basically you guys said I should continue to fix my battery each time its faulty and maybe you wil see if there's an issue after that. What a bad way to handle this.

As you said you "Addressed" the matter so please explain why you guys are still trying to call me? Like i said , my battery runs down so a phonecall would eat my battery. Send me an email if its suddenly important then.
