Samsung white goods. - never buy!!!!
Samsung - never buy any Samsung product. Samsung customer service and technical support for basic white goods is completely lacking in major centres in South Africa. The call centre are great at escalating calls but there it stops. No engineers and a disgusting disregard for customers. Never ever touch Samsung with a barge pole. By someone else’s products! Samsung South Africa - if you ever read this you should be ashamed at your complete lack of customer service - I would strongly suggest you shut your operation and withdraw from South Africa if you are unable to support your products in the country.
