Samsung Website Note 10 False Advertising

I have been in the market to upgrade for a new phone and had browsed on the Samsung website to have an overview on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. On the very bottom of the page i noticed the option for the Samsung Care Plus which was going on promotion for R499 specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. After procuring the Note 10 I am told by Samsung that the Samsung Care Plus cover which is still advertised on there website and has no clear indication that the deal has expired has actually expired.

This to me and my personal opinion is considered FALSE ADVERTISING. No where on the link is there terms and conditions nor is there any indication of the deal being expired!!! I then on top of that have to deal with an *********** manager who assured to contact yesterday to provide feedback and send me and email but never happened.

I would like to make the Public aware of these discrepancies on Samsungs websites and be assured that not every you read on there website is factual. It clearly isn't factual or best practice to have something that has expired according to Samsung in October, and now we in December still up on the website!!!!
