Samsung Watch ridiculous

I need to write this to ALERT everyone that is a Samsung client or even if you are thinking of going the Samsung route. please be aware that SAMSUNG is selling their watches or even giving them away with cellphone contracts with which you will get a 12 month guarantee BUT be very well aware that once you take the watch out of the box you need to guard it with your life or you will loose the guarantee if you so much as scratch the watch. Samsungs after sales service is appalling i had to escalate the fact that they wouldnt even look at the watch due to a scratch/nick on the rim of the watch (this is a samsung Active watch) , the scratch/nick on the watch happened 3 or 4 months ago and now the motherboard packs up and they are claiming it is due to the scratch that the guarantee is void . This has been the worst excuse and the worst experience i could have ever imagined from a so called customer company like Samsung . they wont even look to see if they are at fault i need to pay for the repair even if its a fault on their manufacturers side. I URGE ANYONE WANTING TO OWN A SAMSUNG WATCH ............ DONT DO IT . try using a better product like anything but Samsung otherwise you will fall into the same trap as myself and according to the guys in the Samsung stall lots and lots of other Samsung or probably now ExSamsung customers . please spread the word and let everyone you know what a **** they run.
