Samsung washing machines don't last

I bought a Samsung ECOBUBBLE 8KG washing machine about 5 years ago, if tha,t and the motor has now packed up after the technician they sent out opened the entire unit when we logged a call advising that it was pausing every now and then when a cycle was running. He advised that the water pipe was twisted and that could be the problem but that the motor is about to pack up. A day later when doing my second load the machine was still working but the drum stopped turning completely. I contacted the technician and he advised that I could get a refurbished or new motor but both only had 3 months warranty. When I googled on the web SAMSUNG have a message advising that my washing machine has a 5 year warranty but 10 years on the motor because honestly Samsung appliance that only lasts 5 years is ridiculous. Apparently because there is no sticker on the machine that says 10 year warranty it falls away so now I need to take the costs myself. I will never recommend a samsung appliance to anyone or buy another one again. I had an LG for almost 20 years and only had it service once... VERY BAD AFTER SERVICE
