Samsung Washing machine that damages your clothes and seems acceptable to Samsung

I have been a supporter of Samsung products for more than a decade , and i am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and service received from Samsung SA this is unacceptable customer service from a company that holds such a high amount of market share for their electronics and appliances , marketing themselves as manufactures and suppliers of "quality" products, the washing machine is a piece of **** compared to the 2 previous samsung washing machines i have owned both which lasted around 7 years , before the first year was up this started acting up and has only gotten worse ever since , 3 visits by technicians doing everything from drum cleans to changing the powder detergent to a liquid type vouchers for liquid detergent

Samsung washing machine damages clothes causing staining and discoloration , and Samsung south africa refuses to replace, fix or substitute with a better model even if I am willing to pay the price difference between the old and newer model , this has been dragging on from before the first year guarantee was up when it was first reported and has now been rejected due to the time elapsed , all names that the agents or Samsung customer services person gave me , come up blank in any searches
