Samsung washing machine - Terrible product even worse service

Bought a Samsung top loader washing machine less then a year ago. The so called magic filter doesn't work. The clothes are full of lint. After 4 months of contact with Samsung (who closed all the calls without contacting the customer) we were told to send the machine for a drum clean which is not covered by warranty. It made no difference and we were not refunded even though this was not the issue. Was then told that there is no issue with the machine. And there's not further they can do. They didn't even come out to check what the problem is or ask for photos.
