Samsung Washing Machine- Retain water in the drum.

*** I bought a Samsung washing machine and have complained a few times about the issue with the machine not draining out all the water in the machine and was told what to do in order to get it to do that. This process has not helped as i am still sitting with the issue. I had asked that they send their Techs to come and check what the issue is and this didnt happen and i called again.. I am now told that my machine is out of warranty and they have to charge me a call out fee for a Tech to come and check what the issue is. This could have been avoided long ago whiles the machine was still under warranty because it was reported not once or twice. This is not good as it comes out as a way to just get consumers to pay. Why was my query not sorted the second time i caller, why was the Tech not sent out. I dont have the money to pay a Technician, so what must happen now?
