Samsung washing machine problem

I bought a washing machine in May last year and from day one the washing machine has given me issues. First the back cover was bent, secondly after washing with it I noticed there were stains on my clothes. I had countless calls with Samsung even with the VOC department. But still my issues are not resolved. The lasting thing I was told is that there are not faults found with the device yet the machine is still creating stains on my clothes and there is this loud noises it makes whilst spinning.
