samsung washing machine complaint

I bought a samsung washing machine as my old one was dying, and fitted it in August 2023. On 26th November the door exploded, I was outside and my friend was on the lounge, the drum was full of glass and glass all over the floor. The machine hadn't been used for 2 days and the cloth I use to wipe the seal after use was hanging on the door. Nobody, fortunately, was near the machine. After 5 months samsung refuse to replace the machine but want to put a new door on it. My question is, would their CEO want to wear clothes washed in that machine after it had all that glass in it? I don't want to risk glass in my underwear. I recommend anybody looking to buy a samsung washing machine to think again. I understand they are blaming me for breaking it but I have proof I was 3-4 M away at the time! Their equipment is not fit for purpose and their service is a contradiction in terms. I see them in Court next week. Then there is their libelist statement to consider.
