Samsung Washing Machine

Pathetic service from Samsung. Bought a washing machine and it was making the clothes all fluffy and dirty. Took forever for the technician to come out plus when they returned the machine it had few dents and scratches. We were told that a technician needs to come out 3times before we get a new machine. Problem started last year and still haven't been resolved yet. When we were about to get a new machine we were told the query was not log for a new 1. Communication between sales agent and technician is beyond pathetic and *********.
