samsung washing machine 6 months old

I purchased a washing machine in June 2016.

Last month the machine stopped working, naturally you call the samsung service repair centre to have a technician come out. Firstly that all went well, then a technician comes out almost three days later,he takes a look at the machine and says he is going on and will be back shortly,so secondly my husband was home and is not south african and English is not his first language, however the technician failed to mention, the machine needs a spare and he need a to order it. When I called the repair centre, they told me this, because my husband said the man named Colin just said he is coming back and didn't say it needs a spare.

Service order number: ********** 071

Customer number: ********** 926

I called three times before I left the country asking when the technician will return, because when I return in five days I will have a house full of people with no working washing machine.

The consultant I spoke to said she will make a note, saying the technician must call, then do u know what happened? They closed the job.

So I returned on Sunday and I was only away for 7 days. I now have a house full of people,no working washing machine and samsung is saying I wasn't answering my phone, that's totally a lie. Nobody called as they said they would. Then they logged the job again on Monday up until today nobody has been back to my home,to install the spare they said they would.

Who else can i contact?
