SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE - 15kg DUAL WASH - FLUFF MAKER, SKIN IRRITATOR

I bought a Samsung washing machine in 2020. It is 2021 and this is by far the worst appliance I could have ever owned. The machine has single handedly destroyed my clothing by leaving fluff and debris on the clothes that causes skin irritation and itchiness. Samsung customer service and technicians are absolutely useless. Numerous phone calls have been made and still nothing has been done to resolve the problem my query is always escalated to no avail. Samsung does not even have the courtesy to call you back when they promise to do so. The technicians do not seem knowledgeable on the service and repair of these Samsung products. The technicians who have come out to inspect the washing machine do not have a clue of how to fix it, they keep changing different parts but the problem persists. When you visit the Samsung store in Sandton, hoping to get some assistance they tell you, while it is a Samsung product because the Sandton store did not sell it to you they cannot help you. I do not recommend anyone purchase a Samsung appliance again as there is no support whatsoever when something goes wrong.
