Samsung Washer Dryer Combo WD0704REU Service Issue

14/1/2014- Purchased Washer Dryer Combo with 2 year warranty & purchased extended warranty too<br> 10/2/2015- Reported faulty to Tafelberg <br> Original Error 4E Water Pressure, unit stops, have to press Pause button, then it would work for 20 min, give error, stop<br> 19/2- Liptronics replaced inlet valve - Problem not resolved as incorrect error message<br> 23/2- Liptronics assessed said heater problem will order part<br> 2?/2- Part replaced - not giving error code anymore but washing not getting dry<br> 3/3 - Collected to assess <br> 5/3 - I was told tested, not faulty. Told them to test low temp setting, was told that was also tested not faulty will deliver back on 6 Mar<br> 7/3 - Unit delivered - Problem not resolved<br> 13/3- Phoned Samsung who advised it must go in to be assess again, I decided to rather monitor unit before sending away again<br> 8/4 - Phoned Samsung said must either replace unit or give loan if assessed again, was told cannot get loan until assessed<br> 16/4- No feedback sent mail with video link showing issue- timer goes from 2h17min to 10min = total drying time 33min and that I want replacement, been inconvenienced 3 months, petrol, time off work etc. <br> SEE LINK- [URL Removed]<br>
