Samsung warranty worth zero

VERY poor aftersales service, my front loading washing machine still under warranty stopped working correctly, and made a definitive noise coming from the motor. Eventually they sent a unprofessional technician (was on speaker phone with a friend/girlfriend, and clearly not concentrating on the work. He then claimed the problem is due to ****roach infestation, I asked him how does a ****roach damage a motor or bearing? Samsung then sent me a letter stating that the warranty is now void because of the roach infestation. This morning, I had an independent appliance technician, and he stated that the motor is faulty, nothing to do with the roach problem. He is further of opinion that this is a common problem with Samsung front loading washing machines.
