Samsung Warranty Repair???
I bought a samsung washing machine from Makro Germiston on the 11th June 2019. In November 2019 the washing machine stop draining water. We reported this to Makro on the 29th November 2019 Ref No. 410100 Chriselda. On the 05th of December 2019 I received a sms from Samsung Ref No.***. I received another sms from *** on the 05th November 2019 will contact you for appointment. On the 11th November 2019 received sms from samsung WT14J4200MB/FA informing me my repair is in progress? Nothing have been done about my repair?

22 Jan 2020, 12:32Went threw the hole story again my new ref no is ***. got phone call from service to inform me my repair will be done on Wednesday. I received a sms From Samsung cancelling the repair AGAIN???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
