samsung warrantee on screens are a marketing ****

dont bother buying a samsung fold or any samsung phone for that matter i bought a fold 3 for R36000 . brand new. a few days ago i opened it up and realized that the crease was black, and in the next few days the right hand side of that crease was dead. no problem, it has a two year screen warrantee. HUGE PROBLEM. the agents for samsung tell me the warrantee does not apply if there are any scratches or dings on the phone . they say they found 3. what utter bull****. thats not the warrantee says. it says physical damage or liquid damage. how can a scratch or a minor ding be physical damage. no worries . i will pay the R8000 to have it fixed. then im going to sue samsung for the money back. this really means that the warrantee , for a manufacturers defect is all bull****. lets see what a court says about that.
