Samsung Voucher

I updagraded my cellphone contract with Vodacom on 19 August on the special for Samsung Galaxy Note20, with a R4000 Samsung voucher. It was complex registering the claim on the Samsung App, I eventually sent an email to Samsung, which was acknowledged as a technical poblem. I found assistance from Samsung store at the Grove Mall, and registered the voucher claim. I received SMS confirmation ON 14 September that my voucher claim was successful for a R999 cellphone UV steralizer, which is not what was promoted with the cellphone contract. I'm extremely shocked with this **** from Samsung!!
