Samsung Voucher

I recently bought a Samsung Dishwasher, 3 TV's, Washer & Dryer Combo, Microwave and refrigerator. These products are to the value of R 70 000, yet Samsung finds a problem that my initial is wrong on the store slip. Surname is correct and I have proof of payment and product. Seems like Samsung wants to find a reason not to pay the vouchers. Also my refrigerator is not working properly. I expected better service, now I have to go back to the store to fix all this, yet I can send making banking statement showing payment ect
