Samsung Vodaworld refused to help me.

I bought a pouch for R500 3 months ago for my Zflip phome with a ring carrier now the ring is detaches from the pouch and it is now not serving the purpose I bought it for went to wodaworld and I was told the is nothing they go even after I showed the that it night be factory fault and they told me I might be carrying the phone use the ring a lit and I told them that's the 1at reason I bought the pouch to be able to carry it with the ring as the phone is so small to carry by hang but they didn't bother helping me.
