Samsung & Vodacom TV promotion ****

Samsung and Vodacom were running a promotion where you were allowed to by a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and receive a 32 inch TV. I followed the process as provided and was given order number 49LMDMGDB. I have sent all the required documents and numerous phone calls later I still haven't received the TV. This has been going on since November last year. Every time I speak to their consultants (Nomonde & Senzi), I get told to sent an email to their verify department, this email is being read constantly by Jody Paulsen but no response is forthcoming. I am starting to think that this is a **** and I did tell their consultants so.
